Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely place the device case in its original box and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location listed on your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality assurance team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your replacement will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
